Did It Now
Superficial lights the only way back home I said I'd never leave this place.
I was waiting for the trial to end
That's when you said,
"Don't you ever come back again".
In a room, a familiar tune echoes in the walls like a fading memory, you leave the porch-light on.
All the little insects, they gather for the feast
I wish I could see how they see
Well I did it now
It's happening to you, you've got sharp rocks in your shoes
It's the way to never believe, that what you've got is good enough
And in this blue moon clarity, I see the error of my ways
Well I did it now
And I don't want to show
I don't need no more
It's to worship the ground that flips the sky so blue
And the waters that rush the shore
Flying into the ocean sky,
I never believed that it went so high
Wishing that you were here right now...
